HHQI MedalRVNA was recently awarded the Gold Medal participant award from The Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI). The HHQI National Campaign is a grassroots movement designed to unite home health stakeholders and multiple health care settings under the shared vision of reducing avoidable hospitalizations and improving medication management.

Since 1979, Rehabilitation and Visiting Nurse Association has depended on community support to aid their mission of home health care to people of ages. Donations allow us to be sensitive to patients ability to pay, and support current programs, as well as the development of new health programs, and help purchase supplies and equipment.



Accreditation & Affiliations

Rehabilitation and Visiting Nurse Association has achieved accreditation from Community Health Accreditation Program. (CHAP).

CHAP is dedicated to improving the quality of the national health care through voluntary accreditation. RVNA, which provides a number of services, received the accreditation award after CHAP found that it had demonstrated compliance to CHAP's national standards for home care organizations. Achieving accreditation demonstrates that RVNA is committed to provide high quality care to its patients.

RVNA is a member of the National Association of Home Care (NAHC), the Visiting Nurse Association of America (VNAA) and the Home Care Association of Colorado. (HCAC). Rehabilitation and Visiting Nurse Association is a United Way affiliated agency.
